Lavender top (EDTA) tube - Plasma or Whole Blood

Red top (Serum w/out gel) tube - Serum

 

Indicate source on the specimen.

Rejection Criteria:  Whole Blood or Plasma Anticoagulated with Heparin; Calcium Alginate Swabs  

 

Test is not affected by hemolysis or lipemia.
