Separate sample into 3 separate aliquots with 1.0 mL of platelet poor plasma in each aliquot.
Pediatric minimum volume is 2 mL of citrated platelet poor plasma,
Separate into 2 separate aliquots with 1 mL of platelet poor plasma in each aliquot.
